Jordan needed to keep his competitive fires burning year round and was wilting to risk injury rather than give up this sensation.

Whatever your game is, you know it’s in your blood when not participating makes you feel bad.

But how do you get from your present sedentary state to an exercise high? After all. if you’re reading this book, it’s a good bet that you’ve never felt any particular connection to any physical activity.
